"The Lord has done great things for them!"  (Psalm 126:2) "The Lord has done great things for us, and we are glad!" (Psalm 126:3)

Praise the Lord for His anointing and strengthening of Bro. Kaung as he ministered last evening.  His voice was very strong and the message came through with power as he shared about the heavenly vision through Paul.

Thank you for your prayers and the Lord´s faithfulness in answering them.  Please continue to pray for the conference that the Lord will secure all that He is after.  The brethren are very open and longing for more of the Lord.  The Lord had revealed much to them already during the last 25 years here in Chile.   He has His people everywhere.  There are about 40 here from Brazil also and 4 other south American countries.

Thank you for your prayers, and the Lord has been faithful to hear your prayers.  Thank and praise the Lord, everyone and everything is fine here.  

Our schedule at the conference was quite different from that in the conference elsewhere.  The morning begins with praise at 9:30.  There were 5 messages each day, with the first message at 10.  Bro. Christian speaks in that session on the heavenly vision of Peter, Paul and John.  After a half hour break, a local brother here in Santiago speaks.  Those messages were deep and full.   That took us to about 1:30 p.m. and lunch.  The afternoon session began at 3.  Bro. Jonathan spoke on Thursday and Hoseah on Friday.  That session was followed by a message from another brother outside of Chile.  First was a brother from Columbia, and then Claudio Pereira from Brazil.  That went to about 6:30.  

Bro. Kaung spoke in the evening from about 8:30 to 10.  His burden is on the heavenly vision of Paul.  The Lord´s anointing and strengthening was with Bro. Kaung.  His voice was very strong and the message was powerful, even though he had to speak at night

The brethren here are very earnest, hungering for the Lord.  They worship with Scriptural choruses, accompany by many guitars and other instruments.  It was very beautiful. Praises and worship seem to come essentially from the brothers, there was hardly any gap that sisters can enter in.  Praise the Lord for the brothers taking their lead.  

We came down to the southern part of Chile.  We went through the volcanic region with many lakes.  We saw 4 volcanos, all snow-capped.  We crossed through this region by bus and boat into Argentina.  The scenery is so beautiful, especially still having snow all around.   How beautiful is God"s creation!  Of course, glorious will be the new creation that is to come.

Two brothers from Temuco, south of Chile, will come to take us back to Chile this afternoon.  We should reach Temuco tomorrow morning, and times of fellowship have already been scheduled.  (Please pray for Ellen, she will share with the sisters tomorrow afternoon.)   The magazine Living Waters published here reaches saints all over south America, even Cuba.  It contains translated messages of bro. Sparks and bro. Nee, a source of the Lord"s life and ministry to many isolated ones in this part of the world, as we heard from some who attended the conference.

This is but a brief summary of what we have experienced here of the grace and love of the Lord, through His saints.  They received us with such love that we are truly refreshed to see that the Lord has His hidden ones in here, almost at the end of the world.   Truly, praise be unto His name.

Our trip to the south of Chile will soon come to the end.  This morning we have the privilege of breaking bread with brothers and sisters in the home of Bro. Jose and his wife.  There were about 30 of us, including bro. Andrew from England, Jairo from Brazil, and the 5 of us from US.   It was such a precious time to remember the Lord.  We stay with bro. Roland and his wife Cecilia.  Their oldest son Rolando, 17 years of age, and two other brothers played the guitar.  Young Rolando gave thanks and passed the cup.  It was so wonderful to see such a young brother participate.  

Here in Temuco, the brothers and sisters meet in 18 homes, some at a distance from town, to break bread first.  It was very precious and being fewer in number, almost everyone has a chance to praise and worship the Lord audibly.  That was at 9.   Then they all met at the meeting place in town and have a time of worship before Bro. Kaung spoke.  There were over 500 people, and some had to stand.

Bro. Kaung shared on Mt. 16, and the revelation of the 3 mysteries.  The Father revealed through Peter´s confession that Jesus is the Christ, the son of the living God.  Then the Lord revealed that He will build His church, and then the way of its building through the Cross.   Without the cross, there will be no Christ, and there will be no building.  The Lord´s delay in coming back is because the building of the church has not yet been completed, on account of the unwillingness of the people of God to embrace the cross.   It was a very challenging word to all of us.

Temuco is at the lower part of Chile.  If we continue to go south, we will reach the south pole.  They feel that they are at the end of the world.  The Lord raised up the testimony here through the working of the Holy Spirit, without any outside help.   They came across the writing of Bro. Nee and more recently that of Bro. Sparks.  They were longing to have fellowship with others of like precious faith and like precious revelation of the Lord.  It was 3 years ago they met Bro. Christian through the saints in Brazil.   Now they saw  us, especially Bro. Kaung, through whom the ministry of Bro. Nee could reach them here.  They are so overjoyed.  They are a very warm people, so eager to give us brotherly hugs and expression of praise to the Lord.  At the end of Bro. Kaung´s sharing and when we had to leave, so many tears.   We were whisked away, because the good-bye could last another hour.

The conference was really a blessing. On the one hand, we were very touched by the Lord through the many words of grace, which were shared. On the other hand, our Lord's life manifested through His people was also very present. The theme of the conference was "The heavenly Vision", but the Spirit of the Lord reminded us that this vision has to become reality in our daily life here on earth. As we saw so many brothers and sisters from different parts of the world and various cultural and historical backgrounds praising and worshiping Him as one, we rejoiced in the Lord for His love and mercy: indeed, He has called a people out of every tribe, language and nation to
belong to Him, to form the One body - His Church. It was also remarkable to realize that it is the same God working everywhere - be it in China, England, Brazil or Chile, be it in Asia, Europe or South or North America -
the same Spirit is working towards a goal: the building up of a bride to the beloved Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.
